Our Process
1.Consultation:
During a scheduled consultation call we will meet and discuss your travel plans. This is where we dive into the specific destinations, dates, experiences and any special accommodations needed. We will also discuss the research retainer which is based on the length of travel and size of your travel party.
2.Plan & Present:
Once the research retainer is received, we will craft multiple options for your travel plans. Within 3-5 business days you will be contacted to setup an additional call so the itinerary options can be presented. At this time, you can communicate any changes or additions you would like to make to your vacation.
3.Booking to Boarding:
Once a booking deposit is made your travel plans are set. Woohoo! Excitement is already setting in. If there are any price changes from the time of presentation to the time of booking, we will inform of any additional costs.
In the time between booking to boarding we will keep you in the loop with any updates or changes to itinerary, travel requirements or alerts to ensure you're prepared for your vacation.

Vacation is upon you, and we know you are out enjoying the world! We will be on standby to assist with inquiries pertaining to your travels. Take as many pictures as you can while you create beautiful memories. We look forward to seeing how you enjoyed your vacation and hearing about future travel plans.
